A multimillion-dollar producer with 21 years of experience navigating the Miami Beach market, Anna Sherrill is at the top of her game. Joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010, Sherrill, a global real estate advisor, specializes in buying and selling luxury waterfront properties and assists clients throughout Downtown, Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles. “I was recruited early in my career to sell new developments and over the years have been able to grow my general real estate business and team,” she explains, adding that her two decades in the industry have led to a referral-based clientele.
Named the No. 5 agent in Miami and No. 84 nationwide in 2020’s “The Thousand” rankings by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal, Sherrill previously ranked No. 15 out of all Sotheby’s International Realty agents in the country. In 2019, she generated over $110 million in sales, placing her in ONE Sotheby’s Top Producer Circle for the third year in a row.
Sherrill cites her positive attitude, honesty and ability to connect with different personality types as fundamental to her success. “I like the process to be as easy for the buyers and sellers as possible,” she says. During COVID, that meant shifting to video tours and virtual meetings. “You should be able to be flexible and pivot with your market no matter what comes up,” she explains. “But I also can’t do it alone. My team and I all have different strengths and support each other to get it all done.”
Sherrill is an active member of her community and participates in food deliveries organized through the local Girl Scouts, as well as beach cleanups. She loves to spend time with her 4-year-old son and be near the beach and out in nature.
