Jennifer Arciniegas, Broker Associate

Infinite Miami, The Cuadra Group LLC

Jennifer Arciniegas, broker associate and team leader of Infinite Miami at The Cuadra Group, has spent her life immersed in the real estate business. Arciniegas’ earliest memories consist of her family driving around their favorite neighborhoods, admiring homes and visiting construction sites. The family owned a construction and development company in the Northeast, where she was born.

Arciniegas’ success is the result of her passion for real estate, professionalism and commitment to personalized service. “When I decided to dive into real estate, I did so wholeheartedly,” says the communications undergraduate who earned a Master of Science in International Real Estate from the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University (ranked No. 1 in both the U.S. and the world for real estate research).

Arciniegas’ skills, acquired from her involvement in real estate and development, allow her to offer a unique perspective, along with market expertise, creativity and a tireless work ethic. Before focusing solely on real estate, she was involved in the creative development of her husband’s local restaurant brand, SuViche Hospitality Group.

Arciniegas created the Infinite Miami team with the goal of providing the most complete real estate boutique experience. Her business is characterized by transparency, communication and a commitment to excellence in all services provided. Representing buyers, sellers and investors in the South Florida luxury property market, Arciniegas leverages an extensive network of professional resources and specialized services that ensures a successful transaction and implements strategies tailored to the individual needs of a client and their properties.

“COVID-19 presented many challenges,” says Arciniegas, “This year it was incredibly rewarding to be involved in real estate, because a home became the single most important asset in everyone’s life.”
