Tatiana Echeverri, a Realtor at Luxe Properties LLC, understands both intimately, having worked in events before her successful shift to full-time real estate. Known for bringing a charming communication style and personal touch to her service of buyers and sellers alike, Echeverri says her secret is found in blurring the line between being a Realtor and a true friend.
“My business style is energetic and pragmatic,” says Echeverri. “I see the positive in any situation. I strive to keep my clients in the know and help them make the best financial and emotional decision.” This involves an in-depth consultation and focus on having fun with the often demanding process of buying or selling a home. It also can mean serving clients in challenging situations, like active-duty service members or those living in other states, and helping them have a friend in the know who supports them from a distance as they plan and execute their purchase.
“I didn’t know the passion I would develop for real estate until I started helping my partner, who said I would be a natural,” Echeverri says. “Working in events taught me patience, staying on budget and handling all types of personalities. That’s led me to become a better real estate agent today.” Indeed, Echeverri has now assisted her partner in closing $12 million in total sales for 2020, despite all the challenges the year brought. Serving all areas of Miami, Echeverri says she’s seeing a growing business of referrals and repeat clients that leaves her excited for the future.
