Steven Koleno, Real Estate Broker

Beycome of Florida

When it comes to specializing in certain buyer groups or even specific neighborhoods, many Realtors stick to one concentration. This is most definitely not the case for Eastern Seaboard-spanning Steven Koleno, a 15-year real estate broker and jack of all trades.

Rapidly expanding through the pandemic, Koleno now serves 34 MLS’s and 64 metropolitan markets in eight states. He has grown his closings dramatically over the past four years, recently surpassing the 3,600 mark for closed rentals and sales. Probably most impressive, Koleno is a Chicago-based broker who now beautifully manages a thriving Florida business. “I am very driven and very strategic in everything I do,” says this Ironman triathlete and marathoner. “We are in a digital age, and our ability to adapt to rapid changes has led to great success.”

Adapting is Koleno’s modus operandi, enabling him to oversee a technology-focused brokerage that operates in multiple places at once. Among the top individual agents in the country per RealTrends agent rankings, Koleno is now taking his methods for becoming a No. 1 producer in Illinois and transforming the Miami market in much the same way.

“It’s about endless passion and enthusiasm for real estate,” he explains of his motivation. “I have a system, I’m focused on results and I also don’t do this alone — I couldn’t do it without the support of my wife and my family.”

For Koleno, the strength of his business is found in bravely branching out, whether he’s serving investor, rehab, private-equity, single-home or even for-sale-by-owner clients. “I look at every challenge with excitement, and that’s how I feel about Florida’s real estate market,” he declares. “With 16 MLS’s and 20 Florida metropolitan markets to serve from our headquarters in Miami, my focus will be centered on these communities for years to come.”
