Once a client of the Santana team, always a client, he says. Always a learner, Santana has evolved his approach to supporting clients since 2009.
“My grit and confidence have been crucial to my success,” Santana says. “Setbacks are bound to be part of any life, but what truly sets people back is an inability to respond with confidence to those dips, turns and missteps.”
Santana doesn’t have that problem. He spent a decade building his fine reputation in the Massachusetts real estate market before founding the Santana Team at Keller Williams Coral Gables-Coconut Grove. The transition was easy, as their team had already assisted many clients who were relocating here from the Northeast.
Santana and his team assist first-time to luxury buyers and sellers in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Pinecrest and Miami Beach. Santana’s mission is to build lifelong relationships with clients by providing them with concierge-style service. “With every client, we have in-depth conversations to help them understand every step of the process,” he explains. “We also connect them with lenders and attorneys who are of the highest quality.” This level of service has prompted clients to recommend the Santana Team to their friends and family.
A member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Santana saw his team named the No. 1 Latino-led real estate team by volume in 2019 and ranked the No. 1 Keller Williams Team by volume in New England in 2018. Outside of work, he supports several charities and enjoys spending time with his family.
