Jaime Mejia, Partner | Realtor

Lifestyle International Realty

Before entering the real estate industry three years ago, Jaime Mejia served eight years in the Marine Corps and was a successful business owner. He decided to become an agent, as that would be a hands-on approach to learn about investing in real estate, a long-term dream of his. “I love the fast-paced aspect, challenges and opportunities it presents,” he says. Understanding the true value of service and having integrity makes him one of the most authentic agents in the industry.

Prior to working at Lifestyle International Realty, Mejia was named the No. 1 top producer at Luxe Properties and was awarded a Best of Zillow designation, doubling his production every year. “I attribute my core values as the reason behind my quick rise to success,” he comments. He delivers a positive and entertaining experience and provides a high level of support and service.

Mejia’s degree in economics from the University of Miami has given him knowledge on market analysis and trends, along with the ability to predict patterns in the housing market. “I also aspire to help people build wealth through multiple means,” he adds.

Mejia assists active-duty service members, veterans, investors and first-time to luxury homebuyers in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay and his new hometown, The Roads. A Military Relocation Professional and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, he remarks, “I make the effort to enhance my clients’ experience to help them make the best and most educated decision.” To assist more clients and still provide exceptional customer service, he formed The Mejia Team this year with his partner. They focus on building long-lasting relationships, understanding clients’ unique needs and offering round-the-clock guidance.

Mejia volunteers with the YMCA youth basketball program and supports the Wounded Warrior Project. “I strive to inspire, motivate and educate” he says. “I’m a true believer in leaving a legacy that impacts the next generation.”
