The Salato Pompano Beach luxury condominiums recently topped off, putting the project on schedule to bring 40 residences online in early 2026.

Developer U.S. Development, general contractor KAST Construction and architect Randall Stofft Architects held a topping-off ceremony on the rooftop on May 16. The Tinka Ellington Group is handling sales, while IMI Worldwide is in charge of marketing.

“We are excited to reach this important milestone, as it is often the most critical point in the construction process,” U.S. Development CEO John Farina said. “Thanks to our team’s dedication, expertise and passion, our buyers are just mere months away from waking up to spectacular ocean views on their oversized terraces and able to experience everything Salato has to offer.”

Located at 305 Briny Ave., the project is about 60% sold. The residences, which are priced from $2 million to $4.9 million, range from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet and feature open floorplans with extra-wide living spaces and 14-foot-deep terraces. There are also six penthouses designed by Randall Stofft Architects and Interiors by Steven G.

Community amenities include an 80-foot ocean-view pool with wet deck and loungers, poolside grilling stations and lounge with covered bar, 28 hobby rooms, owners’ lounge with daily coffee and tea bar, 8,000-square-foot fitness center, spa and club room with chef’s catering kitchen.

Salato also offers 2,700 square feet of retail/commercial space fronting A1A. U.S. Development is in discussions to bring in a renowned restaurant concept.

“Our sales activity reinforces that luxury buyers want to be in Pompano Beach and desire a boutique oceanside alternative to the dense high-rise buildings in the area,” U.S. Development CFO Dustin Salzano said. “Salato also gives these buyers the only opportunity to begin enjoying an unmatched lifestyle in early 2026.  No other project on the market can match our value or timing.”
