Related Group completed construction of Casamar Residences, its 118-unit luxury condominium tower in Pompano Beach. Almost all of the condos have been sold.

Casamar will feature move-in-ready homes with interiors by Rockwell Group. Each condo will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and offer views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and downtown Pompano Beach. Amenities include a lounge, fitness center, sauna, golf simulator and pickleball court.

“Related Group’s continued investment is a vote of confidence in our city’s future,” said Pompano Beach Mayor Rex Hardin in a press release. “With each new project, they’ve helped raise the bar for design and quality, bringing new energy and economic momentum to our community. Casamar is yet another example of what’s possible when thoughtful development and local vision align.”

Casamar marks Related’s second foray into Pompano Beach real estate. The 105-unit Solemar development wrapped construction in 2023.

The firm has also recently broken ground on the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach and launched W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences in partnership with BH Group and Marriott International.
