The Continuum Company recently held a groundbreaking celebration for its Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village.
The event took place at the Palm Tree Club, which is next door to the site of the future condominium tower. Guests enjoyed a live DJ and entertainment, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Continuum Chairman and CEO Ian Bruce Eichner,Continuum Florida President Allie Eichner, North Bay Village Mayor Rachel Streitfeld and others delivered remarks.
The 32-story Continuum Club will offer 198 oceanfront condominiums, along with 50,000 square feet of luxury amenities when it opens. The project, Continuum Company’s second, is a collaboration between Arquitectonica, Durukan Design and Martha Schwartz Partners.
