The development, started in 2022, is the first standalone Mondrian-branded community.

Caroline Carrara and Aaron Drucker will help the platform’s partner brokerages in Florida develop their businesses. 

The group will use Compass’ Boca Raton office as its main hub, with an additional presence at Compass locations in Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Jupiter. 

The 21-story luxury tower will offer 54 condominiums starting at $1.9 million. 

Existing-home sales rose in Broward County but fell elsewhere in the region.

Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Jupiter, the 15 multi-level residences will offer coastal views, private terraces, rooftop decks and private garage parking.

The branded residential project is the German hotelier’s first ground-up development in the United States.

Saltwater founders Matt Sheehan and Terry Sullivan and their team joined Ocean Sotheby’s and will operate under the Ocean Sotheby’s name.

The 46-story condominium development has already sold over 50% of its 163 units.

The property features three two-story townhome buildings containing 30 three-bedroom units and six four-bedroom units.

The agents will work from the brokerage’s South Miami and Miami Beach offices.

The firm’s founders, Ryan Rabinovich and Adam Stern, were featured in Luxe Listings Toronto on Amazon Prime. 

The project has sold about 60% of its 40 luxury condominiums, which are priced from $2 million to $4.9 million.
