The Keyes Company added Carlos Alleyne, an agent who specializes in cross-border transactions for high end properties in the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe, to its Boca Raton office.

Alleyne founded his own brokerage, Global Gateway Real Estate, in 2023. With Keyes, that group will continue to operate as the Global Gateway Luxury Agents team.

A longtime leader in the industry, Alleyne is 2025 first vice president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS® and has held a variety of other leadership positions including global chairman of Florida REALTORS® in 2022.
