The mixed-use community, Revv at the River District, is the sister project to Revv Hollywood, which is also under development. 

The project, Aire Residences, has already sold seven of eight luxury units. 

The project’s 275 units are in three four-story buildings at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Boulevard. 

The 33-story condo tower will offer 299 units, over 50% of which have been sold.

MG Developer recently landed $10 million in financing to purchase the land where it will build the new component, to be called The George. 

Visions at Brickell Station will offer 111 condo-hotel units starting at $500,000. 

The new Port St. Lucie community will consist of 1,365 single-story homes priced from the low $400,000s to the $700,000s. 

The community, North Forum Reserve, is the second of several projects Wolfson Development and Lennar have in the works.
