Construction began on Surf Row Residences in Surfside. The collaboration between LD&D and ONE Capital will add 24 bespoke condos to a beachside property.

Amenities at the development will include a rooftop pool deck with ocean views, spa with sauna and cold plunge, fitness studio, co-working spaces and beach butler service.
