Compass’ Miltiadis Kastanis and Bobby Auerbach have been tapped to lead sales of the remaining condominiums at One Metropica, the first residential tower to open within the 50-acre Metropica master-planned community in Sunrise.  

One Metropica is approximately 90% sold and has 25 developer residences remaining, including five penthouses, out of 263 total units. The 28-story tower opened in 2020. Since then, the massive development has encountered numerous delays, but work is resuming, with construction of the retail component now underway. Plans also call for offices and hotels. 

In addition to leading sales for the remaining One Metropica units, Kastanis and Auerbach will advise Metropica Development on future residential components in the community, which is slated to have over 2,000 homes at full build-out.

Kastanis, executive director of sales at Compass, has worked on several luxury residential developments in South Florida. Auerbach, founder of The Bobby Auberbach Group and a broker associate at Compass, has over 20 years of experience in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
