Development partners Black Salmon, The Boschetti Group and Constellation Group opened sales at HQ Residences Miami in Edgewater, a collaboration with HQ Hotels & Residences and Sam Nazarian.
The 35-story tower at 422 NE 29th Street offers 229 condos with one- to three-bedroom layouts and eight penthouses. The Agency, led by Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana, is exclusively representing sales for the residences, which are priced from $850,000.
The tower’s 34th floor features fitness amenities including a yoga studio, open-air training terraces, sauna, plunge pools and outdoor pool with city views. Another floor will offer entertainment options like a social club, library, TOMA Gourmet restaurant from Sofia Vergara and her son Manolo Vergara, Jack’s NYC Coffee and a speakeasy.
“HQ Residences in Edgewater is the moment we, quite literally, bring the spirit of our brand home for the first time,” Nazarian said in a press release. “From day one, HQ has been centered on building places that shape how people live and connect, and Miami is a city that embodies this vision, at the intersection of design, lifestyle and global influence.”
