Sales have started at One Hollywood Residences, a 23-story tower with 248 condominiums set to rise in downtown Hollywood.
Individual residences start in the $400,000s and range from 517-square-foot studios to 1,425-square-foot three bedrooms. Units have open floor plans, terraces ranging from 54 to 406 square feet and come fully finished.
Amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor bar and BBQ, a rooftop garden with an observatory deck, a sauna and treatment room, fitness center, co-working spaces, kids club and multipurpose club room and an event space.
Located at 1817 Taylor St. near ArtsPark at Young Circle, the community is being developed by Star Development Group. Fortune Development Sales is leading sales and marketing. BC Architects designed the building, and Domus Aurea Interiors designed the shared spaces.
