Space planning and interior design

Take a walk on the beach
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Dolly Parton. I have always admired her talent, kindness and charitable nature. Her foundation has helped children read and write through it’s literacy program, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
Naples, but I think the secret is out.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love helping people find their ideal home and love where they live. Real estate is my passion, and my interior design background helps my buyers and sellers.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Today’s market has shifted, creating an environment of conversations with sellers and buyers, so I can properly manage their expectations.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Create strong relationships and generate referrals
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Royal Pains (since it’s based in Southampton, N.Y.), Suits, all the Law & Order shows
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
Trulucks is my go-to restaurant
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
Third Street South, running from Campiellos to the Continental. I love the design aesthetic and the flowers.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Luckily, nothing unusual or weird.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love spicy food.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Paris because I love everything about the city. I love the architecture, fashion, food, museums, the people and the excitement.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Shadow a seasoned agent, and learn all you can by watching and asking tons of questions.
