In nine years, Jessica Bedoya Adams has conducted upward of $200 million in transactions. Adams, president and global real estate advisor at Jessica Adams Luxury Real Estate of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, entered real estate to fully steer her career and work closely with her husband, Jason, principal and managing partner of the award-winning architecture and design firm STRANG Design.
Of Columbian heritage, Adams speaks both English and Spanish. Having traveled the globe, she brings a heightened awareness of world communities and customs to the luxury buyers and sellers she assists in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.
“Being authentic and knowledgeable helps me to develop close relationships with my real estate clients,” she says. “Everyone needs to be heard and feel that someone has their back and will fight for them.”
Adams knows all about the lifestyle clients are buying into, because she lived in Coconut Grove for 10 years before moving to Coral Gables three years ago. She and Jason also have two daughters who attend school in Coconut Grove.
Adams pivoted from EWM Realty to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 after producing a personal-record volume of $55 million in sales. At the close of 2019, she ranked No. 2 among new ONE Sotheby’s agents for production volume, and last year, she placed No. 9 on the list of ONE Sotheby’s top-producing individual agents companywide.
Adams began her career as a buyer’s agent but now serves an equal number of buyers and sellers. She recently helped a buyer close on a $14 million penthouse and just closed a waterfront estate home listing for over $16 million. Always up for a challenge, she enjoys the way each buyer and seller presents an opportunity to solve a puzzle and get the deal done.
