Oliver Seidler of PropertyForce joins Forbes Real Estate Council
PropertyForce founder and CEO Oliver Seidler has been accepted into the Forbes Real Estate Council, an exclusive, invitation-only community for executives in the real estate industry.
Since founding PropertyForce in 2006, Seidler has spent the past decade working on expanding his business, which provides real estate professionals with a platform to explore investment opportunities and features a catalog of educational resources for any individual looking to enter the whole sale real estate market.
As a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, Seidler will work with a professional editorial team to share his insight and professional advice on Forbes.com.

Kolter Homes gets new president
Robert Rademacher has returned to Kolter Homes as president, according to a press release from the company.
Rademacher most recently served as Taylor Morrison Atlanta Division president and prior to that as Kolter Homes regional president.
“We are very pleased to have Bob back to lead the Kolter Homes team,” said Bobby Julien, CEO of The Kolter Group, the parent company of Kolter Homes. “His experience and vision will further fuel our growth.”
Kolter, headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida, builds master-planned communities in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas as well as single-family and townhome communities.
Kolter is developing Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, a 55-plus gated community within the 2,600-acre Twin Lakes community in Hoschton. The development is less than an hour from downtown Atlanta, the mountains, Lake Lanier and Athens.
The group also is developing in more than 30 locations in the Southeast, including Graydon Buckhead, a 22-story condominium building overlooking the neighborhoods of Peachtree Battle and Peachtree Heights West.
Douglas Elliman opens new Palm Beach location
Douglas Elliman Real Estate has opened a new office in Palm Beach’s Royal Poinciana Plaza, the brokerage announced.
“The new space, coupled with the most advanced tools, technology, marketing and public relations offered to our talented agents, allows them to better service our clients and continuously prosper” said Managing Broker Don Langdon, “I’m extremely proud of this team and look forward to contributing to the further growth of the Florida brokerage.”
The new office is decorated with artist Gray Malin’s photographs of historical Palm Beach real estate, including a photograph of the La Follia deal, a record-breaking sale spearheaded by Douglas Elliman agents.
2000 Ocean Names Leslie Clark as new sales executive
KAR properties and Fortune Development Sales Group have tapped Leslie Clark as the new sales executive for 2000 Ocean.

Miami’s One Thousand Museum receives CTBUH’s Annual Award of Excellence
Miami’s One Thousand Museum was the recent recipient of two awards from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, one for being the best tall building in the 200-299-meter category, and one for its excellence in structural engineering.
Award winners were selected based on their contributions to urban development, technologies, and innovations in tall buildings located in major cities across the world.
“This year’s Award of Excellence Winners communicate the diversity of interdisciplinary thought and innovation that will characterize both current and future generations of urban development around the world,” said Karl Fender, jury chair on the Best Tall Building Council.
One Thousand Museum, as well as the other Award of Excellence Winners will now move on to the next stage of the program, where the project head of each building will compete in front of a live audience and jury at the CTBUH 2020 Tall + Urban Innovation Conference to receive ‘Best In Category’ nominations.
