The Calta Group recently celebrated the foundation pour for its 180-unit apartment building, Revv Hollywood, which will rise eight stories at 2233 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood.  

The building is designed by Miami-based Borges Architects + Associates and will offer studios, live-work units and one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, co-working space, gym, live-work spaces and ground-floor retail, while apartments will have stainless-steel appliances, stone counters, washers and dryers, custom lighting and in-home technology. 

“We are thrilled to have reached this important milestone with the foundation pour for Revv Hollywood. It represents a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering exceptional living spaces for the residents of South Florida,” Calta Group Co-Founder Ignazio Caltagirone said in a press release. “We’re grateful to the city of Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, commissioners and city officials who share in our vision and dedication in bringing this project to life.” 

The Calta Group expects to finish construction in the summer of 2025, with leasing opportunities to be announced closer to the project’s completion.
