What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

My most interesting job before going into real estate was definitely working in the hospitality industry for 8-plus years. I was lucky enough to come across a diverse group of individuals, daily.

Where did you grow up?

I’ve been blessed to be born and raised in the sexiest city of the world, Miami.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Growing up all I can think of was playing soccer. As a boy in this magnificent city of Miami, the latin culture plays a major role in influencing the population. Like most kids, soccer was a dream profession.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

My go to activity when life has me stressed is definitely exercising. Training MMA or just simply lifting weights is an amazing tool for unwinding.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

If I could meet any well known figure, dead or alive, it would have to be Alex Hormozi. I’m fascinated with his mindset and approach to business.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

I believe South Florida’s best-kept secret which may not be a secret is the endless copious amount of flavorful, quality food.

What do you love most about the industry?

My favorite part of working in the real estate industry is, hands down, the interactions, conversations and quality relationships I’m fortunate enough to come around.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult part of my job was the beginning. Starting off in real estate can be tough. Once all the ground work and infrastructure is in place, everything else is delightful.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

My best advice for generating new leads would be to become a master at marketing and branding.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I tend to binge finance podcasts, such the PBD podcast or The Iced Coffee Hour.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

My absolute favorite dish has to be a Bandeja Paisa.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

Architecturally speaking, my favorite building in South Florida is 1000 Biscayne.

 
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

One thing people might be surprised to learn about me is I love to train mixed martial arts.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

My favorite vacation spot would have to be Mexico. The food, the people, the lifestyle and my family all play a role.

Stay consistent, keep working, and believe in yourself because you’re all you got.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

My favorite people to follow on social media are Patrick Bet David, Alex Hormozi, and the UFC.
