Douglas Elliman announced this week it has rejoined forces with the Assouline Team, led by Ethan Assouline and Ruthie Assouline.
The five-person team also includes Oliver Gold, Eytan Namiech and Samantha Hershbein. The team will operate out of Douglas Elliman’s offices at 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and on Madison Avenue in New York City.
“Ruthie, Ethan and their team continuously set records in two of the most dominant real estate markets in the world and have established themselves as one of the top-producing teams in the industry,” Howard M. Lorber, executive chairman of Douglas Elliman said in a news release. “We know that they will continue to build on their excellent track record now that they are back at Elliman.”
During their previous stint at Douglas Elliman, the team ranked among the top 10 agents in their office and the top 1 percent nationwide. The team is consistently ranked as one of the top small teams nationwide by RealTrends.
The Assouline Team made a splash in Miami for the record-breaking sale of Madonna’s former estate for $29 million. It also conducted a $44 million transaction on North Bay Road, a record, and a sale in Altos Del Mar in Miami Beach for $37.5 million.
