What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Being a DJ.

Hollywood, Florida.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Like every child, I wanted to be a doctor!

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Yoga inversions and listen to music.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Steve Jobs.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

Ocala National Forest is in Florida, north of Orlando. It’s known for its large areas of sand pine scrub forest. The Juniper Springs, Alexander Springs and Salt Springs recreation areas have natural pools and canoe runs. Hundreds of lakes and ponds include Lake Kerr and the enormous Lake George. One of many trails, the Yearling Trail winds past a sinkhole and the remains of 19th-century homesteads.

What do you love most about the industry?

Helping people find a place called home!

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Finding programs and resources to assure they qualify for their dream home.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Be consistent with your prospecting, time block, follow up and stay top of mind!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Hoarder House Flippers

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Peruvian fusion cuisine.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

Vizcaya.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I love music, and I am a DJ.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

Cancun, Mexico! Who knew turquoise oceans really existed? Cancun sure did!
