What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

I was a foreclosure paralegal for 12 years.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in beautiful South Florida. Miami to be exact.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Growing up I wanted to be a professional dancer then a basketball coach.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I workout while listening to some R&B music.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

I would love to meet Oprah.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

Wynwood Art District takes the cake.

What do you love most about the industry?

What I love most about the industry is my ability to help clients with their real estate needs.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult aspect is the lack of inventory.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

The best advice is to continuously network and make connections and follow up.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I’m re-reading Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Morton’s in Brickell has some of the best steaks.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

I’m a little partial to Arte in Surfside.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

The weirdest thing that has happened is taking my client to view a property and they happened to be long-time friends with the owners and did not know they were in Florida at the time.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

People would be surprised to know that I’m a former basketball player although very short.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

My favorite vacation spot would be either the Bahamas or any cruise.

Follow up, follow up again, and keep following up.
