What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Sales and public relations.

Where did you grow up?

Miami.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

An entrepreneur and to start my own business in sales or customer service.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I like to play golf and fish.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

I would like to meet Denzel Washington because I believe his ability to act is extremely impressive.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

The Florida Keys and everything it has to offer.

What do you love most about the industry?

The fact that every deal and every transaction is different.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Trying to develop a workable and respectful relationship when the other agent behaves immoral or unethical.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Pick up the phone and start making phone calls to the people you know friends and family and ask them for referrals.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Joel Osteen, the purpose-driven life and motivational videos.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Seafood. It could be stone crabs shrimp or any other seafood

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

The Miami Tower and all of its lights which is the building that put us on the map historically.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

I was told that I was fired and to go see the boss. When I walked into his office, I was upset, and it turned out to be a surprise party.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I have been known to cry during movies

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

The Caribbean, the clear waters, the reefs, especially in the Bahamas.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Real estate requires patience and understanding.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

Les Brown, Joel Osteen, Grant Cardone. Anyone who will motivate me and give me a positive influence.
