Sales relaunch for Okan Tower residences in downtown Miami

by Emily Mack

As international travel reopens in the wake of the pandemic, Okan Group has relaunched sales on Okan Tower: a 70-story, mixed-use building at the heart of downtown Miami. The project had been paused with the onset of COVID-19, but now, Okan Group has released new floor plans and ten new lofts, plus a preview of the tower’s glass-enclosed rooftop deck. The project, anchored by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, will feature 163 sky residences with exclusive owners-only amenities and 236 condo-hotel residences.

“Okan Tower will further position Miami’s reputation as a global design and architectural destination,” said Bekir Okan, chairman of Okan Group. “With its distinctive ultra-modern aesthetic, Okan Tower brings Miami into the international design spotlight once again, while also offering every imaginable amenity and service desired – if not demanded – by the world’s most sophisticated prime property buyers.”

Okan Tower was designed by the architecture firm Behar Font & Partners. The condo-hotel residences begin on the 36th floor and range from studios to two-bedrooms — totaling 445 to 1,250 square feet. The sky Residences, which begin on the 51st floor, range from one- to three-bedrooms, plus a den – between 695 and 2,075 square feet. Additionally, two floors of duplex-style penthouses will feature square footage of 1,875 to 2,040.

Okan Tower’s Miami sales gallery is open now, at 542 North Miami Ave. Pricing starts from $387,000 for the condo-hotel residences and $587,000 for the sky residences.
