Airplane maintenance

An Artist

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I step back, think about a solution, take a walk or sit down and listen to some melody.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Nelson Mandela. I want to ask him what’s his secret to be so strong in mindset to become the top leader and will get valuable leadership tips.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
The Everglades

What do you love most about the industry?
Having the opportunity to help the community with their best investment. Seeing people happy after buying their dream home.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Too many money motivated untrained Realtors who are giving bad names for the industry. They should close down those discount brokers who never pay attention to client service.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Nurture what you have rather going for the shiny penny. Sphere of influence is the best people to refer business. Follow up with consistency and a helpful mindset.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Reading Limitless by Jim Kwik. I read Think and Grow Rich every other month. Listen to business building and positive mindset podcasts in YouTube.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
Mexican food, especially enchilada.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
Porsche Design Tower

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Years back when I was showing a property, someone broke my car window glass to steal the portable navigation system. I chased him and called the police. They came immediately and got him within 15 minutes.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
Even though I am tough at work, keep everyone accountable, I do have a soft heart and I can move with the music.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
West Coast Florida, especially Siesta Key and Sanibel Island, where I enjoy the blue sea and white sand and not many people around.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Be all in, not hobby. Focus on Service, not money.
