What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I was a pool attendant for the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida – lots of wild stories.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in Fairfax, Virginia but moved to Florida when I was 9.

Growing up, what did you want to be? I always wanted to be an Air Force pilot because I was fascinated with flying and air planes.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Meditate and listen to music.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Elon Mus,k because he is literally a genius and started companies like X.com ( which later became PayPal), SpaceX and Tesla Motors.

Where is Miami’s best-kept secret? Vizaya Museum & Gardens in Coconut Grove

What do you love most about the industry? I love the feeling you get when you make your client’s dream of homeownership come true.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with buyers’ financing issues.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Local networking groups and being involved in the community.

 What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Million Dollar Listing is always on replay. I’ve been reading Sell It Like Serhant and listening to Russell Brand & Joe Rogan’s podcasts.

What’s your favorite meal in Miami? Bandeja Paisa from Mondogo‘s

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? The Jade Signature with its hand-picked team of international design superstars: the Pritzker Prize-winning Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, the French masters of luxury interiors, PYR, led by Pierre-Yves Rochon and the multiple award-winning, landscape virtuoso Raymond Jungles Inc.

 What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I got stuck in a packed elevator for 45 minutes at a new-construction property and someone had a panic attack.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you? I got my real estate license when I was 21 but didn’t start using it until I was 25.

What’s your favorite vacation spot? The Bahamas

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Surround yourself mentors that will elevate your knowledge about real estate.
