What was your first job in the realty industry? My first job in the realty industry was as an agent of DRE Realty.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in Little Havana in Miami.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Growing up I wanted to be in the military and a performing artist.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? To relax when I am stressed I mostly look for outdoor activities like exercising, boating and motorcycle riding.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? If I had the opportunity to have lunch with a well-known figure, I would have lunch with our former president Barack Obama. The reason would be to acquire knowledge from a person that took on the toughest job on the planet, and learn from the skill and patience required to execute that job.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? My favorite place to hang out is at the ocean.

What do you love most about the industry? The power I have to help others is what I love most about the industry.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I think my daily involvement, knowledge and the efforts to understand the needs of each individual customer are what distinguish me from the crowd of agents.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Listening is the most difficult aspect of my job.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I meet new clients at social events, gatherings, birthday parties, when I’m out shopping and, even though it is not a physical place, I also go to Facebook.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment has been helping my parents all around and giving back to them.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I think the last good movie I saw was The Big Short, and the last good book I read was “Buy it, Rent it, Profit” by Bryan M. Chavis.

What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is Gilbert’s Resort in Key Largo.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Architecturally speaking my favorite building in Miami is Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

What kind of car do you drive? A 2015 Audi A3

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Key Largo

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Always hang with those who are more successful than you.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? GoMLS Miami

Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? I’m not a big Twitter user but my favorite people to follow on Twitter are usually local Realtors and brokers, as well as people who I’ve done business with.
