What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Cook
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Joan Rivers. I never got to see her in person, and I was a huge fan.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? The beach, the pool or on a boat. Anywhere with access to the water.
What do you love most about the industry? The fact that it’s always changing and that I constantly get to work with new people
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am analytical, patient and low pressure. I have great relationships with colleagues, attorneys, inspectors, mortgage brokers, photographers, etc. I also work well with other agents and collaborate on deals to make the process easier for everyone involved.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with people who lack professionalism, don’t communicate and don’t answer their phones.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere. I’m very involved in the community.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I ran for Miami Beach City Commission last year. Although I didn’t win, I followed a dream and grew a lot from the experience.
What is your favorite restaurant? I have a lot of them, but most recently I discovered Klima. The food, service and atmosphere are really special.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Probably the Biltmore Hotel
What kind of car do you drive? As someone always trying to lessen my carbon footprint, when my lease expired on my last BMW on June 29, I decided I would see how long I could go without getting another car. So far, between my scooter, hoverboard, Uber and Zipcar I’m happy without a car.
Smartphone or paper? Smartphone for sure. I just got an iPad pro and have gone completely paperless.
What is your favorite city after Miami? I can’t choose just one, but I love Vancouver, London and Madrid.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Treat people the way you would like to be treated.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? The Compass app, of course!
