Where did you grow up? Miami, Fla.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A marine biologist.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be? Ghandi – we all have a lot to learn from him.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Bouganvillias in South Miami. It’s like a Columbus reunion sometimes.

What do you love most about the industry? Meeting different types of business owners and learning about their industries.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I recently obtained my Masters of Science in international real estate from FIU.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with Miami traffic.

What kind of car do you drive? Full out Dad, Volkswagen Routan (minivan), I swore I never would, but now wish I would have bought it sooner. There is peace in

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? No is not now.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Sales Force.
