Growing up, what did you want to be? Astronaut.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? François Arago to discuss a paper that he wrote about the weather that appeared in ‘Annuaire’ in 1845, a publication of the French Board of Longitude. In it is Arago’s Admonition: “… that those learned men who are honest and careful of their reputation, will never venture to predict the weather, whatever may be the progress of science.”

What do you love most about the industry? Endlessly exciting! Each customer is truly unique. Change is the only constant.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I’m a real estate doctor prescribing intelligence. As a NOAA/NWS Weather Ready Nation ambassador, I pride myself on being a Realtor rallying for resilient residences.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with other agents (lol).
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Anywhere. Everywhere.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Helping folks find a place to call home…
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Acres of Diamonds” by Russel H. Conwell, founder of Temple University.
