Where is your favorite place to hang out? Peru, my native country
What do you love most about the industry?Make a friend, and establish new relationships. Some of my best friends, started as clients whether they bought from me or brought me a customer as their realtor in the transaction and now we share a bond and rely on each other throughout hard times in the business.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I could really call myself a people person, I absolutely love to meet people and learn from new established relationships so I take my time to get to know everyone
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Time consuming, You are never really off. I have received calls at 7am, 11pm or during a long weekend family vacation. In real estate, you have to be available no matter what.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Becoming the youngest top producer in a Public Company for the past 10 years.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Real Estate Millionaire
What is your favorite restaurant? Believe it or not? Bonefish has the best Lobster Tails I have eaten in a while
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? I’m not a lover of buildings, I love single-family homes for now.
