The Palm Beach Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida’s residential real estate agents, recently convened for a panel discussion on economic development in Palm Beach county.

The event, known as “Big Bang! Economic Development BOOM! In Palm Beach County” was sponsored and hosted by Richmond American and the home builder’s new Sanctuary Collection at The Oaks in Boca Ration.

The discussion featured commissioner Steven L Abrams of district four, who provided a general overview of the county’s positive economic indicators, president of the county’s Business Development Board Kelly Smallridge, who outlined her organization’s track record of recruiting companies to relocate in Palm Beach as well as promote the board’s effort to promote the quality of education and deputy director of the county’s Department of Economic Sustainability, who explained how her department assisted with funding opportunities for eligible local business.

“As Master Brokers, it is important that our members stay on cutting edge of new business and economic development programs, and statistics to properly educate our clients about why they should move, invest and remain here in Palm Beach County as well,” said Lucille Gioia, co-chair of Palm Beach MBF.
