Meditate or listen to music.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
Neurosurgeon and musician.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I have always been fascinated with Jesus. I love his wisdom, patience, immense love and inner peace.

Where is your favorite place to hang out?
At home with my husband and two-year-old twins!

What do you love most about the industry?
The challenge of the transaction, and my beautiful product: Miami, which allows me to sell a lifestyle.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I’m not pushy; I let my client fall in love with the property, and I develop a great relationship that I maintain after the sale is done.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Financing! The banks, and how slow they can be.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
My neighborhood, and I also get referrals from friends. Sometimes I go to chamber events.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment was my greatest error as rookie. I was the party that put buyer and seller together for the sale of the Van Dyke building in Lincoln Road – $16.5 million, and I did not get a commission. I don’t show or sell now without a WRITTEN commission agreement, and I learn to keep great paper trail.

“The Secret Things of God.”

What is your favorite restaurant?
Sardinia – not because it’s mine (well my husband Tony and his partner Pietro), but because its just so yummy, authentic and fresh!

Bacardi Building Cube, Paramount Bay and several others. I really don’t have a favorite.

Smartphone and paper.

Paris.
