The SLS Hotel & Residence will soon be released to the public.

The SLS Hotel & Residence, the Related Group’s newest project in Brickell, will soon be launched and are gearing up for sales.

The South Beach project will have retail at the ground level featuring three on-site restaurants, including Katsuya by Stark, Bazaar by Jose Andres and a restaurant by Michael Schwartz of Michael Genuine.

The hotel component of the SLS Hotel & Residence will begin at the lobby level and go up to the ninth floor, where there will be an elevated long pool, spa deck and amenities such as the Hyde Bar and Lounge and Ciel Spa. The residential units will start from the tenth floor and up. There will be 11 units per floor.

Residents of the SLS Hotel & Residence will be able to enjoy an exclusive rooftop pool and many of the Hotel’s services, such as a business center, private spa, fitness center and screening room.
