Entrance to all bars and special events to the extent that hotel guests have access is also guaranteed. Recreational water sports offered are kayaking and jet skiing.

A full service business center is available to residents and offers an executive conference center, meeting room equipped with LCD projection, wireless high-speed internet access and audio/visual services available for private functions. A multilingual staff and travel agent services are also provided.

Located at 1100 West Ave., Mondrian South Beach offers ownership in a waterfront property with private, VIP boat access to Biscayne Bay and views of downtown Miami.
