Sales associate

Who inspires you?
My husband, he has a great outlook on life

What is your favorite free-time activity?
I love spending time with family and friends.

How did you learn the business?
I learned by following in the footsteps of my close friend, who is a successful real estate agent. She has taught me everything I know about real estate contracts.

What was your most difficult sale, and how did you succeed?
My most difficult sale was one in which customers were purchasing a home while selling their current home. I was able to coordinate both closings for the same day. At the end, everything turned out great and the customers were happy.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Driving around in Miami traffic

What was you worst job, and what did you learn from it?
I was an administrative assistant for five years. It was stressful at times but it taught me how to communicate better with clients.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
I meet new clients every chance I get. Most of the time is at my kids’ school, their sporting events, at doctors’ offices and the grocery store.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment so far is working as a real estate agent full-time while being a mother to four children.

What was the last good movie you saw?
“Apocalypto”

What is your favorite restaurant?
The Melting Pot

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami?
Miami Performing Arts Center

What kind of car do you drive?
BMW X5

Blackberry

What is your favorite city after Miami?
Orlando, because I love visiting Disney World.
