iOS on the Bay

by admin

Miami

Twenty-four months after its inception, iOS on the Bay, located at 747 N.E. 61st St. in the Upper Eastside enters its final sales phase and announces that it will formally open its doors November 2007. The five-story building consisting of 45 boutique residential units was built over an acre of land between historic Morningside and traditional Belle Meade. It’s located near the beaches and downtown Miami. iOS is structured as two towers joined by a two-story core. Ground was broken on the project in March 2006.

Thirty-nine of the 45 units are under contract with buyers, which currently range from the high-$400,000s to $1 million in price. Sales are handled exclusively through Majestic Properties.

All the units come with Bianco Romano granite countertops, JenAir appliances and a stainless steel back splash. Also included are fiber cable and wiring systems that are integrated into the building’s core and can be customized according to buyers’ specifications. Optional touch-screen computers control lighting, temperature and home entertainment selections.

The $25 million condominium features 175 feet of bayfront views, fitness center, air-conditioned bicycle storage room, garden terraces, private balconies and a 40-foot-long swimming pool designed with ocean glass pebbles that overlooks Biscayne Bay. Twenty different floor plans range in size from 700 to 2,000 square feet and from one to three bedrooms.
