Jade Ocean

by admin

Sunny Isles Beach

Set on 600 feet of ocean frontage, and designed by Carlos Ott, Jade Ocean’s 256 residences are priced up to more than $11 million (for expansive penthouses).

In the living space all residences will feature floor-to-ceiling exterior glass walls and open terraces that offer views of the city or Atlantic Ocean. Kitchens with European cabinetry, Miele and Sub Zero stainless steel appliances, steam ovens, Blanco faucet and deep basin one-piece undermounted sinks and built-in coffee makers will also be featured. European bathrooms will offer fixtures designed by Philippe Starke, Dornbracht faucets and frameless glass shower enclosures. In addition, master bathrooms will come equipped with contemporary effervescent hydrotherapy tubs.

A new technology integrated system throughout the tower will offer an “intelligent home” environment whereby two screens will offer Jade Ocean residents home automation. The first, a touch screen, will come standard in each residence and provide instant access to myriad building services, as well as controlling in-residence lighting/dimming, integral audio selections in the kitchen and wireless Internet access. The second screen will be the owner’s personalized Internet-enabled portable device (mobile phone, PDA, etc.), enabling Jade Ocean services to be available to residents from anywhere in the world.

Amenities available via the two screens include concierge services, requests to valet, reservations for common areas (business center, spa, and others), building activities information, package arrivals, general information on area restaurants, shopping and shows. A fiber optic backbone will provide all units with a high-speed multimedia network capable of interconnecting all enabled devices available, including Web TVs, Tivos, and e-learning. Residents can also provide personal identity fingerprint to access high-speed elevators that open to private foyers in most residences.

Building features include a six-story waterfall along the entranceway, leading into a fourth-story oceanfront drop-off at the main entrance, a lobby with expansive ocean views, an infinity-edge pool that runs through the building and out to the waterfall, 24-hour business center with offices and a conference room and a health club with aerobics, cardio and weights, featuring Technogym, which includes private access to TV and radio.
