Berdugo Homes announced plans to develop a 120-acre community in Doral, which will encompass 1,109 luxury condominiums and townhomes, 100,000 square feet of retail space and more than 360,000 square feet of office space.
Initial sales for Landmark at Doral will focus on the residential component, whose groundbreaking is scheduled for early-2007. The property, located at 5802 N.W. 104th Court, at the corner of 58th Street and N.W. 107th Avenue in Doral, will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences ranging in size from 700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Residential sales commenced in November, with pre-construction prices for luxury condominiums and townhomes ranging from $300,000 to just under $1 million.
