How did you learn the business?
[I learned] hands-on from everyone at Majestic Properties. When I started, we only had the Sunset Harbour office. It was, and still is, a true family atmosphere.

Find a niche in the market if you can, cater to one facet, really concentrating on that, and you are sure to build a following or solid reputation in that area.
