Captaining the No. 1 Latino real estate team in the country, Hudson Santana has dedicated his 11-year career to supporting his clients and building a successful business. Co-founding the Santana Properties Team at Keller Williams Coral Gables–Coconut Grove with his wife, Lisa, in 2009, Santana is now the team’s dedicated investor and development specialist as well as the team leader, serving clients looking to buy and sell properties within Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and Miami Beach.

Known for his professionalism, patience and knowledge of the local market, Santana enabled his team’s recent expansion into the Miami area after working in Massachusetts for over a decade, drawing on his connection with the region through assisting clients relocating from the New England area.

Santana is a real estate trainer throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Florida and Texas and previously presented at Keller Williams’ Family Reunion and Mega Camp. His team was ranked No. 1 at Keller Williams in New England by total volume in 2018 and continues to place among the top 25 Keller Williams teams around the world.

Santana participates in KW Cares, KW Kids Can and KW RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day and actively supports organizations devoted to helping kids in Brazil. He enjoys fishing and loves spending time with his wife and kids.
