Founder and CEO of Luxuria Group at Cervera Real Estate and in-house sales executive at Natiivo Miami, Goritza Draskovich has helped thousands of clients from around the world accomplish their goals. With a decade of combined experience in property management and real estate sales, Draskovich specializes in South Florida’s luxury and pre-construction markets, working with Miami’s most elite buyers, sellers, developers and investors to accommodate their real estate needs.

“Being a luxury clientele advisor makes my career both challenging and entertaining,” she explains. “One has to truly be able to understand the language, mindset and thought process of these individuals in order to provide exceptional service.”

As Cervera’s Top Producer and a member of the developer in-house sales team for Natiivo Miami, Draskovich is 100% devoted to driving sales success at the recently launched preconstruction project in downtown Miami. During Natiivo’s first six months of sales, Draskovich and her colleagues sold more than 200 residences, of which Draskovich secured over 50 contracts, resulting in approximately $25 million in gross sales volume.

Born in Croatia and raised in Montenegro, Draskovich moved to Miami in 2009. Aside from building a successful real estate career for the past decade, she attended the Florida International University College of Business and graduated with an MBA. Along with her international background and education, Draskovich is fluent in English, Spanish and Croatian and speaks basic Italian and Portuguese.

Draskovich is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors. Outside of work, she is devoted to fitness and health, recently joining the Miami CrossFit community.
