Sales Executive
The Estates at Acqualina

Known as a sales powerhouse, Adriana Vargas Hernandez has been at the forefront of South Florida real estate for more than 20 years. “South Florida is my playground,” says Vargas Hernandez, a sales executive with The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach. “I have had the pleasure to work on new development projects in Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach and all the way to Tampa Bay. This has given me great insight and an understanding of what is really important to our local and international buyers.”

Vargas Hernandez has traveled the world creating international alliances to market the developments she represents. It is that level of performance that has earned her a reputation as one of Miami’s top-producing real estate experts on new development. “For me, it’s about being part of the creation of something magnificent that will continue to elevate the standards of luxury living in South Florida while providing the best services and lifestyle for the most demanding clients from all over the world,” she says.

Beginning her career at 22 years old, Vargas Hernandez views each real estate cycle as an opportunity to reinvent herself and find new ways to connect more effectively with brokers and buyers. Having already surpassed the $1 billion sales mark, she now measures her professional success through her clients’ satisfaction and how each project contributes to South Florida’s communities.

Citing her two sons, Pierre and Aldo, and her garden as her greatest passions, Vargas Hernandez is equally loyal to the nonprofit organizations Women of Tomorrow Foundation, Puerto Rico Professional Association and Puerto Ricans Organized Overseas. “Being a part of the relief effort during the hurricane crisis was a humbling experience,” she says. “Following up on the process of how these families evolve and succeed in their new lives is just extraordinary.”
