Sandra Masis, a 13-year veteran of the industry and Realtor associate with Cervera Real Estate, is a super broker – literally. In 2015, she earned the Top Producer Super Broker Sales award for her sales record at Park Grove where she sold over $83 million. She also holds the “super broker” title for a The Fairchild project. Masis specializes in pre-construction, condo development sales and new construction sales for the luxury market in Coconut Grove.

Masis works directly with luxury buyers, sellers and agents, and takes a personal, hands on approach to her job, which includes supporting her team and thoroughly attending to her clients. “I protect my agents and value the work they do,” she says, adding, “and I follow up obsessively.” Masis is proud to say she still calls her clients. “Many people don’t do that anymore,” she says, attributing her enthusiasm and attentiveness, at least in part, to her mentor Alicia Cervera, Sr. “I like to say I’m a product of Cervera training.”

Masis also prides herself on her loyalty and honesty, two traits not always found in business. “I will always do the right thing,” she says. “I believe that if you do good and always behave as your highest and best self, the universe will reward you.”

Masis’ work ethic has earned her more than just the title of “super broker.” She belongs to the President’s Circle Cervera Top Producer Club and She has also received the 2011 Astronaut Award, the first place award for top producer developments sales in 2013 and 2016, and third place for the same award in 2014.

Still, Masis is the first to admit that while she’s enthusiastic about her work and the clients she serves, nothing tops spending time with her family and friends, especially with her son. “My son is by far my proudest personal accomplishment,” she says. “Everything I do is for him.”
