Rich and Brigitte met in Miami and merged their real estate experience to start I Adore Miami, a name they chose to spotlight their passion for the Magic City. The business was a success from the start and has since grown to include 10 employees, earn the No. 1 spot for Keller Williams Elite Properties, and lead to the recent launch of their co-authored book “Luxury Home Selling Mastery.” They attribute this success to the tight-knit and supportive team that they have built at I Adore Miami.

“Our team is multicultural, just like Miami,” says Brigitte Lombari. “We work well together because we understand the unique needs of our Miami customers and share the same drive to find them exactly what they desire.” Speaking the language of each customer is not just a metaphor for the team. The team speaks many languages, including French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.

“While we are proud of the success we have earned and the relationships we have built, we realize that there is always room for improvement,” says Brigitte. “Miami never stops growing and changing. For this reason, we invest heavily in training to ensure that we are providing the best customer experience and the easiest pathway through the real estate process.”

Training for I Adore Miami is more than just classroom sessions. One of the more fun ways of staying ahead of the trends is spending time in Miami, seeing it from a tourist’s perspective.

“Being able to spot market trends as they emerge gives us a head start over our competition and we share this advantage with clients. This dedication to Miami led our team to our best year ever in 2016 while the top end of the market stagnated,” says Rich.
