Recently, Fausto Commercial hosted the first of its kind, Little Havana Real Estate Bus Tour. The event was also sponsored by Astor Companies, Continental National Bank and FIU’s Business School. The tour took place Friday, March 20, and realtors explored Little Havana, the evocative, nostalgic, cultural beating heart of Miami. Guests met with local developers, investors, and business owners, to give them a 360 degree perspective of the story and economics of this neighborhood, and the real estate opportunities available in it. The event began at the historic Tower Theater, where breakfast was provided. After the informative bus tour, the event will ended with a mid-day Mojito Networking Hour at the newly opened and beautifully renovated Ball & Chain Lounge
