Miami homebuilder Lennar hosted a Ground Breaking event at Chelsea Place. The event took place on September 30, 2015. Chelsea Place is a new development by Lennar located in Tamarac. Mayor Harry Dressler and Vice Mayor Pamela Bushnell were amongst those who attended the event. Mayor Dressler commented on the positive impact that the new developments have had on the city of Tamarac.
The new community will include luxury town homes highlighting two stories of living space and modern upgrades. The 2-story homes will feature a 1 to 2 car garage, multi-purpose family room, 3 bedrooms and family–friendly amenities.
