ABH Developer Group recently broke ground on Casa Wyn, a 24-unit boutique condominium in Miami’s Wynwood Norte district. Alexis Bogomolni, who leads the ABH development team, and Commissioner Christine King both spoke at the event.
“We are thrilled to have reached this milestone and contribute to Wynwood Norte’s revitalization,” Bogomolni said.
Upon completion, Casa Wyn will stand three stories tall and include a rooftop garden. Currently,
studio, one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus-den layouts are all available for purchase with prices beginning at $359,000. The building is already 60% sold.
